As attractive as this 8 step program is, my marketing experts tell me that only about 20% of the people receiving it will respond. Although that’s ok with me from a business stand point, it still bothers me personally. You see, I know how much the music student/musician benefits from it. I read their letters; talk to them on the phone; I see them personally when they visit me: and many each year tell me that the 8 steps work! Because of this, I just hate the thought of someone not getting my program offer because of some error or omission in my explanation.
